Katter’s Australian Party MPs have this evening supported a motion of no-confidence in the Queensland Health Minister, saying the state’s public health system was in the ‘too hard basket’ and was failing the frail, sick and vulnerable in their time of need.
Katter’s Australian Party (KAP) Deputy Leader and Hinchinbrook MP is calling on the biofuels industry, motorists and interested stakeholders to have their say on the KAP Liquid Fuel Supply (Minimum Biobased Petrol Content) Amendment Bill 2022 (“the Bill”) which is currently open for submissions.

A North Queensland football coach and first aid officer who has spent his life working with troubled youth has put his hand up to assist in rehabilitation of criminal offenders through a trial of Katter’s Australian Party’s Relocation Sentencing policy.
KENNEDY MP Bob Katter was pleased to see the scrapping of a revised and ineffective plan for Hells Gates Dam from the federal budget. But he is adamant he did not destroy the correct proposal, and still stands by building the original dam.

The small town community of Charters Towers has been left reeling after more than 150 jobs were lost overnight following the recent shut down of Thalanga Mine, local State Member for Traeger Robbie Katter has said.
Queensland’s Blue Card system has been labelled a “modern-day injustice” for First Australian people living in remote communities, but the Palaszczuk Labor Government has no intention of taking on the task of its reform, Katter’s Australian Party Leader and Traeger MP Robbie Katter has said.
