The following comments are attributable to Bob Katter MP, following the death of two soldiers in an army vehicle rollover at Dotswood in the Kennedy Electorate[1]:
“Soldiering at home or overseas is extremely dangerous.
These two soldiers risked their lives for our country.
I don’t think that is often acknowledged as it should be.
You can say it’s a car accident but it’s an essential part of being a soldier.
There are always great dangers.
My deepest sympathies and prayers are with their families.”
