  • Monday night’s ABC 7.30 program revealed the news that Senator Fraser Anning was joining the KAP; the only party fighting for regional Queensland.  The news spread like wild-fire and Tuesday saw the Senator, Bob, Robbie, Nick and Shane as well as Leichhardt Candidate Daniel McCarthy front the media in Cairns to make an official comment on the union.
  • Wednesday in Cairns involved another explosive day of media in which Bob and Senator Anning recorded an interview for Paul Murray Live. That evening at the ‘Boot Brisbane’ forum, Bob, Robbie and Senator Anning addressed a packed Brothers Leagues Club boardroom the on the topic of splitting the state. Another issue that generated extensive national media interest.
  • Thursday saw Bob take to the skies and fly to Townsville, this time the topic of Relocation Sentencing was on the cards. Another press conference and forum hosted by Nick Dametto re-ignited the discussion on relocation sentencing as the most sensible solution for combating the escalating youth crime which faces our north Queensland cities.
